Purposes and legal bases
Personal data is processed to provide the website, handle contact, contract, offer, application and customer portal processes, ensure IT security, prevent abuse, log administrative actions and comply with legal retention and evidence duties. Legal bases include consent, contract performance or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in secure operation and legal obligations.
Categories of data
Depending on use, master data, contact data, communication content, contract and billing data, application data, technical logs, IP addresses, login and security events and voluntarily submitted documents may be processed.
Security, logs and abuse prevention
To protect the platform, login attempts, IP addresses, timestamps, roles, user IDs, CSRF events, lock decisions and technical errors may be processed. Administrative IP display can be masked by role.
Recipients and processors
Data may be disclosed to hosting, e-mail, payment, tax, legal, accounting, IT security and support providers where required for operation, contract performance, security or legal obligations.
Third-country aspects
Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, this is done only on the basis of appropriate legal mechanisms or where required for the requested service.
Retention
Data is deleted when no longer required for the respective purposes unless statutory retention periods, evidence duties, open claims, security interests or legal defence obligations apply.
Data subject rights
Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing and withdrawal of consent. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
